XML Flash galleries are very easy to use & update. When there is a flickr support too, than it is great as it will be totally automated.
Polaroid Gallery is a free flash gallery with splash effect that can get the image data from an XML file or a flickr account.
Pictures is automatically scaled, centered and smoothed when they are loaded. Splash loading effect is totally random, this makes the look of the gallery different every time it is loaded. Images can be dragged & dropped anywhere in the gallery.
Besides the image gallery SWF file, FLA source can be downloaded too.

looks very cool. I need a little help though, how do i install it once i download the Download Polaroid Gallery v.1.01 file? I uploaded it to my filezilla but I’m using wordpress and it’s not showing up as a plugin to activate it. Please help! i would love to have this on my site. thank you for sharing

This is a really cool gallery
I have been trying to use it on one of my sites, everything is coming up bar the photos. I am using the correct Flickr id, but none of my photos are loading in.
Is there anything I am doing wrong?

For transparent background i deleted the background image and i modified the line in AS:
var glow:GlowFilter = new GlowFilter(0×333333,100,150,150,1.5,3,true,true);
like this
var glow:GlowFilter = new GlowFilter(0×333333,0,0,0,1.5,3,true,true);
I could load only 10 images. How can I add more. plz help me.
