I read your title as “22 Web Based FTP Client Similar To Windows Explorer, ” I was confused at first. Just thought I would mention it.
You shoud know that the serverside of this application is a based on the Ruby on Rails Framework.
I think you need to say:
Requirements: Ruby on Rails
I thought/hoped this was a pure javascript client but needs ruby.
