Testing And Debugging Tools For IE

IETester is a free web browser allowing you to browse websites with the JavaScript & rendering engines of IE8 beta 1, IE7 IE 6 and IE5.5 on Vista and XP, as well as the installed IE in the same process.
You can also find a very nice tool for Internet Explorer named Debug Bar which includes a toolbar and a development bar + a IE JavaScript debugger named Companion.js inside the same website.
Requirements: Windows Vista or Windows XP with IE7

It would be very nice to get a good port of this on OS X.
Since IE is the hardest browser to code for, and there is no IE to debug with on OS X most people are forced to use something like Parallels or VM Ware just to test their code in IE!
(or course this wouldn’t be a problem if Microsoft actually wrote a standards compliant browser!)
Um… this is cool and all but. I think if these guys wanted to make a killer app they should of made this for the mac. The fact that someone should download a windows browser that lets you switch between IE versions is well kinda ridicules. Since almost all web designers all ready have every version of every browser anyways. Mainly I just think this should be made for the mac and charge like $10 bucks for and they will be rich.
great programm, thx for the hint.
These tools are definitely great as IE has lots of versions to test and few debugging tools.
@Randy & Greg,
I agree that if OSX would have such a solution, it would be very popular. At least we are 3 customers here:)
Make 4 of that
