JSZip is an open source JavaScript library for creating .zip files on the client-side.

Using very simple functions, you can add any number of files and folders inside the zip file, find items already included and remove any of them.

The library is not a totally perfect solution as it does not support Google Chrome + IE and has some issues in generating the name for the zip file (an alternative solution using Downloadify is offered).
