Quovolver is a free jQuery plugin for displaying quotes, testimonials or comments on a website nicely and easily.
It simply takes a list of HTML content from any HTML tag mentioned (can be <li>, <blockquote>, etc.) and rotates them.
There are very things to setup like the HTML tag that wraps the items, the speed of the animation and duration between the transitions.

jQuery Webcam is a plugin which creates a transparent layer for communicating with a camera directly in JavaScript.
It takes advantage of a SWF file (comes with the source) and can display the webcam output + capture images.

The plugin is capable of displaying the list of cameras available and selecting any of them.

EditableGrid is a JavaScript library which can make standard HTML tables editable and sortable.
It can feed from a XML file or attached to an existing HTML table.
The library automatically enables users to edit cells with a suitable editor like textfields, checkbox, etc. and comes with built-in validators (integer, double, URL, e-mail and date).

Once a column header is clicked, the rows are sorted according to their types and up/down arrows show whether the sort is ascending or descending.
There is a PHP binding provided for building the grid and generating the XML.
