In response to the other two visitors that commented here. I know, :), this is a great "plugin" and (e.g., as you are saying), a great literal complete application to work in when you are introducing and trying to fucking ORIENT yourself with Rails logic (it's actually much better and cool and great to a serious extent, actually - Than I originally believed. It's taken about 3 years to see it :)).

But yes, I love this framework!!!!!!!!! RailsSpace, .... The Book, http://www.amazon.com/dp/0321480791 --------- Walking through it's development from complete base start through to completion is a GREAT read. Perfect example of what a programming book should be, at least as a beginning/beginner introduction. It shows something to beginner programming students what they can actually do (and the power they would hold if they get actually motivated to pursue this more than anything else in their lives).

Okay sorry for the ridicoulous post, it's 4:18am what can you expect. That's why I work at these hours, I go into such needless and extending detail. YAY. :) I will read this tomorrow or in a few months and be pissed at myself for how dumb this comment and post (argh wtf, do you call it, all these annoying terms that don't make sense. how about a fucking comment. tweet = more of a post. a blog post is not a POST. it's an article or page. argh!!!!!!! :) ok cya.

OH AND TO @WEBRESOURCESDEPOT.COM - YOU HAVE AN AMAZING + EXCELLENT SITE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT SUMMARIES AND DETAIL IN LINKING OF RELATED PROJECTS. IT'S ABSOLUTELY GREAT. Do you know how many months of research you save me? Just found you a few days ago - maybe a week. You're excellent. Thanks for having a cool design. Not all blue and pink and arial. :)

This plugin is based on RailsEngine that in some way mirror a Rails application and can be use as a plugin.

It's not a traditionnal rails plugin but a Rails Engine one. That's why it has this structure.

You should read about Rails Engine (I thought it was deprecated ...)

As a(an amateur) Rails developer it's definitely interesting.

I'm curious as to why they describe it as a plugin, though, when it appears to be a full-blown application in itself.
