@David,

Microsoft definitely didn’t pay me for this.

But, if you’re building with MS tools and a program offers you to use $1000+ worth of software free for 3 years, I find this as an opportunity, specially for startups.

However, I’m not using MS tools and the program doesn’t mean anything to me, just shared it thinking it may save some serious money in some people’s budgets.
