JavaScript Coverflow With Canvas

Sep
This is another Coverflow script which uses canvas for the effects.
The script is very easy to implement & works smoothly.
Images can be browsed via scroll wheel or left-right keys besides the mouse clicks. And, it is tested with other javascript libraries like jQuery, MooTools, Dojo and Prototype.
For the canvas support in IE, checkout ExplorerCanvas.

There are some serious performance problems with this script. First I tried running the demo on Firefox 3.0.1 in Mac OS X and I got something like 2 frames per second and the busy animation kept popping up all the time. Then I tried running the demo on Safari 3.1.2 (also in OS X) and it ran pretty smoothly. I’d estimate I got something like 20-25 frames per second in Safari.
I’d advice you not to use this script until the performance issues are solved.
