InK – An Impressive Front-end Development Kit
Just few days ago, a post at WRD had shared Maxmertkit and was mentioning the interest in the front-end frameworks.
And now, another very exciting framework for designing/developing good looking + cross-browser websites called InK.
It is created by the Sapo.pt team (a popular website in Portugal) and consists of lots of cool stuff from a fluid grid to styles for handling typography, menus, pagination, tables, forms, notifications, buttons and more.
InK doesn’t rely on any popular JavaScript frameworks but uses its own (LibSAPO.js) and has various JavaScript components for handling galleries, modals, date-pickers, sortable items, tree-views, tabs, etc.
The framework is very well-documented, looks good and can be customized easily with our own styles (uses LESS).
Compatibility: All Major Browsers

Honestly it’s not so impressive…
It’s good, but it is just a tw bootstrap clone..
Ink looks pretty good, I am a big fan of easy to use grids and this looks pretty straight forward, will have to give it a test and see how well it functions.
Nicola, Bootstrap is alright – much prefer Zurb Foundation for my designs however, I find the fluid grid on Bootstrap to be very annoying.
