Even had an attempt few days ago to do this by running a query in the posts database. Had faced few problems. So will be running a better query in a few days that will update all links. I just would like to thank you for your great resourceful finding here, it is really helpful for a web developer like me. What I find a bit annoying though is the 'open in a new window' feature you have added to all your external links. This is really annoying that I am thinking of unsubscribing from your site, if it annoys me in the next couple of weeks. I use safari mostly, and if you can come up with a way to automatically let it open in a new tab (like in ffox) in safari please let us know.
