I've used OSTicket extensively and find it to be a very easy to use, friendly system. It's been long enough that I don't remember the system I used to use, but it was JUNK in comparison to OSTicket.

The only gripe I have about OSticket is there doesn't seem to be a way to support multiple products. In other words, allow the user to select the product they are referring to... leaves you guessing if you have more than one product to support. For Free? Excellent in my book!

That's correct, you can't compare an open source with a paid system.

Osticket is a good open source tool. However, if you require dedicated support and a more extensible solution at a nominal cost - Helpdesk Pilot (http://www.helpdeskpilot.com) is a steal.
