I'm stuck not being able to upload product images with no help from their support or any users. Uploading product images should not pose a problem because I'm this close to leaving this behind and moving on to something else. If they had responsive and helpful support I would have probably spent hundreds of dollars (or euros) on add-ons and templates at this point. A win-win situation for both parties is turned into a lose-lose because their business of release and let the community handle it is not effective. You market your product as easy and for the small business person yet you contradict yourself by not providing support and leaving people, whose livelihoods depend on this symbiotic relationship working well, out in the cold. PrestaShop, do yourself a favor and do what you say you do and cater to the small business person and you will build a business platform that would be quite competitive and will flourish. Even people with very little website experience can build and customize their own shop.
