LogicalDoc DMS do a free version i think, it is a web based document management system that is compatible with both .PHP and .NET.

Does this application has all the features of PHPKB knowledge base software? The comment from “Santana” seems like spam since it is not a project management software? It is a knowledge management system. I’d suggest administrator to delete the comments of “Santana” and do the moderation jobs more carefully.

Yes, Korrigo is an independent document management program we have been using for years. Its very reliable and has backup capabilities.
