Sparkl is a flexible web framework for creating bulletproof websites.
It combines meaningful markup, cross-browser CSS and unobtrusive JavaScript.
Some features of Sparkl:
- Flexible layouts: compatible for changes in the text size and browser window size
- Semantically structured html: commented code & standard naming conventions
- Organised code: has a modular structure
- Themes: provides a themes package for a fast start
As mentioned, Sparkl is a modular framework which enables you to include the features you need & not use the ones you don’t.

Oops, seems like index.htm is not a default document. Didn’t expect this.
Updated & fixed the links now. Thanks.
