It is not possible to track where the copied info is used. 

But it is possible to track which part of the content is copied that may help better analyzing the content itself (added a small update to the post about this).</description>

If someone saves your image to their hard drive, then uploads that to their site- can this track that? 

And how would it know they copied from you rather than the other way around?</description>
