LightForm is an AJAX – PHP Contact Form is a simple but handy script for creating charming & secure contact forms.
It uses FormCheck2 for validation and NiceForms for the styling of the form.
LightForm has the "question asking" feature for eliminating spams & it provides the user IP, referrer and browser agent in the message to provide more details about the visitor.

its really charming. but its made in mootools. Im using and deploying jQuery on most of my projects. so I might not really use this one.. THanks anyway
This script is no longer supported and won’t work on any of the major browsers.
its working well on all browsers, but i have 1 problem, the form is validating all inputs, but its not showing any error tooltip on radio buttons. any hints ?
